to use this service you must have a secure registration
log in and password, this can be obtained by calling
into the surgery and asking to register for the
service, you must bring with you some form of photo
id for example a passport or drivers licence with
a photograph on it.
If you use our existing on line
prescription ordering please change to this service
as over the next six months we will be phasing the
other service out.
If through physical disability
you are enable to get to the surgery to register
then please speak to one of our receptionist to
see how we can help you
Registration
We are currently taking
on new patients, we can cover any area in Corby,
including Great Oakley and some of the surrounding
villages. An explanation on how to register with
us is on this web site at
