Our New Online Booking System Is Live!

We’re excited to let you know that all GP appointments can now be booked through our new online booking system.

Use Rapid Health

• The system will be available each day from 6:30am Monday to Friday. This timeframe ensures that all requests can be reviewed in a timely manner.
• In most cases, you will be able to book your appointment directly. However, some requests may need to be reviewed by the practice team before an appointment is allocated.
• Please note that if you are booking on behalf of someone under 16 years old, the request will automatically be sent to the practice for review and cannot be booked directly online.
• At this stage, the new system is only for GP appointments. Appointments with nurses, physiotherapists, healthcare assistants (HCAs), and pharmacists will continue to be booked over the telephone.
• If you are a registered housebound patient, please continue to call before 10:30am if you require a face to face consultation. Otherwise if your concern can be dealt with over the phone then please use the book system.
