Tadiwa Mapininga
Gender: Female
Tadiwa works Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
I studied Pharmacy in Leicester, and upon completing my degree, I undertook my foundation year (pre-registration) in a hospital setting, gaining experience across various specialties. Following this, I worked in community pharmacy, where I provided a range of services, including flu vaccinations, blood pressure checks, the New Medicines Service, and the Pharmacy First service, before transitioning into a General Practice setting.
In my current role, I conduct medication reviews, optimise treatment plans, manage medication-related queries, and contribute to audits while reviewing letters from secondary care.
I believe that staying active is crucial for maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and my goal for this year is to increase my activity levels even further.
